Available in both Concentrate and Ready-to-Use 50/50 Prediluted formulations, this advanced coolant delivers long-lasting protection against corrosion, cavitation, freeze-ups, boil-overs, and scale formation without the need for supplemental coolant additives (SCAs) or chemical filters.

Formulated with a Nitrite, Amine, Phosphate, and Silicate-Free (NAPS-Free) inhibitor package, Vanguard Heavy Duty Nitrite Free Coolant provides exceptional multi-metal protection for aluminum, steel, cast iron, copper, brass, and solder components commonly found in modern cooling systems. The advanced OAT chemistry is designed to deliver excellent heat transfer performance while protecting against wet sleeve liner pitting and cavitation in severe-duty diesel applications.

Designed for use in on-highway, off-road, agriculture, mining, marine, and construction equipment applications, this coolant is compatible with controlled atmosphere brazed (CAB) radiators and most major OAT coolant technologies for top-off and full-service applications. Its robust formulation is highly resistant to contamination and hard water deposits while remaining safe for elastomers, hoses, seals, and gaskets due to its 2-EH-free chemistry. 

Vanguard Heavy Duty Nitrite Free Antifreeze & Coolant can provide service intervals of up to 1 million miles or 24,000 hours in Class 8 trucks, up to 600,000 miles or 12,000 hours in commercial applications, or up to 150,000 miles/6 years in passenger vehicles and light trucks when properly maintained.
