Vanguard Heavy Duty ELC NOAT Antifreeze & Coolant is a premium extended life coolant engineered for heavy-duty diesel engines, stationary engines, and demanding mixed fleet applications. Available in both Concentrate and Ready-to-Use 50/50 Prediluted formulations, this advanced coolant utilizes Nitrited Organic Acid Technology (NOAT) to provide superior long-term protection against corrosion, cylinder liner cavitation, scale, and overheating.

Formulated with a powerful combination of organic acids, nitrite, and molybdate inhibitors, Vanguard Heavy-duty ELC NOAT helps protect critical cooling system components including steel, aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass, and solder. The advanced inhibitor package delivers outstanding wet sleeve liner cavitation and pitting protection while helping extend coolant life and reduce maintenance requirements.

This coolant is free of amines, phosphates, and silicates, helping minimize gel formation and deposit buildup commonly associated with traditional coolant technologies. It also contains additives that lubricate water pumps and reduce internal friction to support lower operating temperatures and improved cooling system performance.

Vanguard Heavy-duty ELC NOAT is compatible with most conventional and extended life coolants under normal service conditions and is safe for commonly used plastics, elastomers, seals, hoses, and vehicle finishes. This extended life coolant can provide service intervals of up to 600,000 on-road miles or 12,000 hours/6 years in off-road and stationary engine applications when properly maintained.
